Jen Wurban is an artist and educator living on the West Coast of British Columbia. She has a Bachelor degree in Art Education and a Diploma in Special Education. Jen works as a high school art teacher.
Jen works primarily in gouache. Her work is inspired by nature, movement and pattern while exploring playful colour palettes. Her main body of work explores floral backgrounds, much like the wallpaper you would find in your grandma’s house, and juxtaposes this with animals on top.
